Return & Refund Policy

At SB TECH PRINTS, we aim to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience.

1. Order Cancellation:
   Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns:
   We only accept returns in the following cases:

- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

3. Non-Returnable Cases:

- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer

4. Refunds:

- For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

5. Delivery Refusal:
   If you do not wish to accept the order, please refuse the delivery at the doorstep. The product will be returned to the warehouse.
